They display a multiple number of customisation options, upon customer’s requests: transparent or opaque, printed or unprinted, microperforated, anti UV, antistatic, in order to meet any protection need.

Bags for packaging use

OPEN MOUTH/wide open: classic with an opened top side
GRIP CLOSURE / ZIP: with small LDPE profile of about 2.5 cm from the top edge that makes the bag reclosable by applying a small pression on the zip
SIMPLE FLAP: with a longer side, that can be folded on the other one
RECLOSABLE ADHESIVE ON THE FLAP: with a longer side with no permanent but reclosable adhesive on it that can be folded on the other side and reclosed several times
PERMANENT ADHESIVE ON THE FLAP: with the longer side equipped with permanent adhesive that can be folded on the other side. It’s possible to open the bag immediately after the closure, but after a few minutes the adhesion of the glue is strong enough to prevent the opening.
EXTERNAL OVERLAP POUCH: a bag with grip closure/zip equipped with an external pouch where a transport document or a different product can be inserted. Particularly indicated for pharmaceutical sector, labs, dental cabinets or hospitals.

BAGS suitable for food packaging and contact (MOCA), with the possibility to customise types, formats, printing and thickness.
The legislation concerning materials and articles intended to come into contact with food is Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004
This legislation states that “materials and articles intended to come into contact with food must be produced in accordance with good manufacturing practice* so that, under normal or foreseeable conditions of use, they do not transfer components to foodstuffs in such quantities as to constitute a danger to human health, lead to an unacceptable change in the composition of foodstuffs or lead to a deterioration of their characteristics. organoleptic*.” (art.3)
In order for the final consumer to be correctly informed about the production chain of packaging or material, the regulation establishes that the materials are related by a declaration attesting to their conformity, also for any checks by the competent authorities, as explained in Article 16 of Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and by a specific method of labelling (Article 15) in order to ensure the traceability of the materials (Article 17).
- Additives
ANTIBLOCKING
They aim to prevent the adhesion of the product, during the extrusion phase, increasing the sliding with a relative increase in productivity.
During the storage of the finished product, they favour the opening of the bags and / or the vertical detachment of overlapping products.
ANTISTATIC
Antistatic process: intended to reduce the accumulation of electrostatic charges during the production process. Antistatic products: they have the function of eliminating the possible deposit of dust on the final product due to the electrostatic charges that are generated by rubbing, especially in the presence of dry climate.
ANTI UV
UV stabilizers: they are intended to protect the polymer from degradation caused by UV radiation from sunlight. UV Stabilizers Barrier Effect: they aim to absorb UV radiation transforming it into thermal energy, thus protecting the contents of the products to be made.
RETARDANTS
They aim to reduce the flammability of plastics by influencing the combustion process through different mechanisms of action.
