Research and development
Small, but innovative
For a small company that has been operating for almost fifty years in the plastic packaging sector, the continuous research of products characterized by ever greater environmental sustainability becomes the real investment for its future.
An innovating craftsmanship
Over time, PG Plast has developed an increasing attention to the objectives of minimizing the impact on the environment of its products and production processes.
While maintaining the artisan size that has characterized its history, focused on the production of shopping bags, it has recorded in recent years an increased ability to develop and refine studies and research on its products.
New products and markets
Our studies and research have been refined and developed both as regards the materials used, and for the adoption of organizational measures and quality standards able to meet the needs of product sectors characterized by peculiar needs.
This has allowed us to develop products suitable to sectors such as online sales, safety products for the transport of valuables and articles for the food sector.
A renewed company mission,
strongly focused on the objective of increasing the environmental sustainability of our production,
has led to the development of research and experimentation on plastic materials,
with the adoption of initiatives
aimed to encourage the reuse and full recyclability of the products.
Approach to the Circular Economy for the recycling of packaging and end-of-life car components in PLASTIC
The project aims to improve the eco-sustainability of plastic used in the food packaging and automotive sectors, through the development of processes of separation, recycling, and enhancement of those fractions of post-consumer and industrial waste that today present critical issues in their capacity for recyclability and reuse.
